About Us
LAMB offers a dual language (Spanish/Enlish) immersion traditional Montessori program to children beginning at ages 3-4 years of age and currently continuing through 4th grade. LAMB adds a grade each year, and by 2010 we will reach capacity with the addition of 6th grade.
LAMB is the only dual language Montessori public charter school in the DC Metropolitan area and one of only a few nationwide.
LAMB currently has four primary classrooms of pre-schoolers, pre-kindergarteners, and kindergarteners (ages 3-6), two elementary classrooms of first, second, and third grade, and one elementary classroom with second, third, and fourth graders.
